These relaxing and rejuvenating CDs can be used to either get your day off to an excellent start, or to rewind at the end of the day and have a restful night’s sleep. They will be designed to complement any therapy sessions you may require, or just to introduce you to the subject of hypnotic relaxation, motivation and visualisation. If there’s something you don’t see on the following list, please email me and I’ll custom make and record your very own script!
Some of the following are marked ‘available with consultation’, because there may be some underlying issues that require discussion. Therefore, it is wiser for us to communicate before you begin using the CD. It may be in your best interests to have some cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy, for your own specific requirements, before you begin listening to them.
