Stress Management Workshops for Teachers
I currently have an introductory offer for primary and secondary school teachers. I am visiting schools to give a free relaxation workshop to any stressed out staff!
On Friday 23rd March I visited Coulter Primary School, near Biggar. It was immensely successful, with the participants feeling wonderfully relaxed at the end of the session. There were requests for relaxation CDs, so I will be making these available shortly. It was also suggested I revisit to do a workshop with the kids. Watch this space!
